Custom Hoodie FAQs
Is there a minimum order for custom hoodies?
No. Order one hoodie or a thousand. Bulk discounts kick in as your quantity goes up, but there's no minimum to get started.
How long do custom hoodies take?
Standard Production is 10 to 14 business days plus postage. If you need them for a season, an event or a drop, order well before you think you need to.
Print or embroidery on a hoodie?
Embroidery for small, simple logos and anything that needs to last – it's the standard for business and club gear. Printing for large artwork, full-colour designs, back prints and anything with fine detail or gradients. Send us your file and we'll tell you which will look better on the garment you've picked.
Can I print on the hood, sleeves or back?
Yes. Front, back, sleeves and hood are all printable, and multiple print positions on the one garment are no problem. Each position is priced separately, so let us know what you're planning and we'll sort it.
What file do I need to send?
A vector file is ideal. A high-resolution image works too – the higher the resolution, the sharper the result. Not sure what you've got? Upload it anyway and our team will check it before anything goes to production.
Can I mix sizes, colours and styles in one order?
Yes. Mix sizes, colours and even zip-up and pullover styles across the one order. Your quantity still counts as a whole for bulk pricing.
Do you print oversized hoodies?
Yes. Oversized and relaxed fits are in the range alongside classic cuts, in a full run of sizes and colours.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship everywhere in Australia. Reminder: all our orders are custom printed just for you right here in Brisbane!
